Pathway LLC DayHab is certified by the Alabama Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation and the Alabama Medicaid Agency. All aspects of the program are inspected and reviewed annually. Based on this certification, consumers participating in the day habilitation program must meet the criteria of having a diagnosis of Mental Retardation and/or Mental illness. Proper documentation of this diagnosis must include a psychological examination that reveals a full scale l.Q. of 70 or below.
