If a consumer is eligible for the services, an application for a Medicaid Waiver will be completed and sent to Medicaid. Acceptance usually takes 3-4 weeks. Once accepted, an individual may attend the day habilitation program at no cost excluding special activities and meals. If not Medicaid eligible, a daily rate can be obtained.
